The Women in Business project is a great opportunity to have an unforgettable experience. Investigating the topic of the project, we analyzed the problem of inequality and the position of women in business. This topic is very important to us and its solution will help to improve the world.
Expanding the rights of women in business can be developed in ways: improve education, get financial literacy, but most importantly, upbringing in the family. From childhood, a person should understand that we are all equal.
After the event, I realized that no matter what people are around you, you should always remain sincere and live with love for everyone. I am grateful to Erasmus + for this opportunity. And I will definitely share all the experience I have gained on other projects.
