Interview of Vincenzo Maria Muscetta from Italy after the Training Course "Way to go e-commerce" in Torremolinos

What is the most important thing you have learned during the training “Way

to go e-commerce"?

Even though it wasn't the first eCommerce training I attended, "Way to go eCommerce" helped me to understand better the importance of eCommerce in the context of the pandemic. Also it improved my ability to evaluate potential long-term eCommerce ideas. Moreover I will keep in touch with most of the people I have met in this experience with hope that we will become friends and why not, maybe even become future bussines partners.

How do you plan to share and use your knowledge? At the beginning of the pandemic, I started to record a podcast in Romanian, in which I share my knowledge, and now, after this experience, I plan to open a small eCommerce by Christmas that I have already started, with personalized letters from Santa Claus. Even though it may be not a great idea, it will help me gain confidence and courage to implement other projects.

In your opinion, how e-commerce can benefit young entrepreneurs? In my opinion, e-commerce is a fast, easy and cheap way to validate a business idea. I believe that e-commerce has democratized the idea of entrepreneurship to some extent, enabling young people to implement ideas with few resources. Most people who have a minimum level of English, the basic knowledge of how to use a computer and access to a computer connected to the internet, can create, with quite a few financial resources, an eCommerce or a website to help them gain experience in the digital environment and even create a source of income.
