Interview of Tereza Petrželová from Czech Republic after the Training Course "Way to go e-commerce" in Torremolinos
What is the most important thing you have learned during the training “Way
to go e-commerce"? If I would want to start business on the internet, I know what main features I need to fulfill so my platform and website would work properly and succesfully. I learned some new platforms I have never heard about and I have learned what kinds of programs are used in other countries, because in CZE we do not have all of them.
How do you plan to share and use your knowledge?
I think that due to my job I will probably never use the knowledge I learned but I can help some friends as they probably will start some businesses in the future. Now I know what platforms they can use so their business will be succesfull. For example my uncle is thinking about a possibility to start selling goods online. He already has a shop, but now I am able to help him grow.
In your opinion, how e-commerce can benefit young entrepreneurs? In this time, more and more businesses are based on online services so I think that young people, who starts their own way of raising money, for example selling goods or offering some sevices for others, will really apreciate the ways of all the platforms which are helping them to grow. All these platforms are also making their work much easier as they monitor movement of the purchases. It is a great way to make your business work right and monitor if the customers are satisfied or not. This way, they know what to make better or what to make differently so most of the customers would be happy with the services they are offering.
