Pathway to Equality

Description: “Pathway to equality” (PTE) focuses on promoting high-quality adult work aiming to provide participants with new skills, knowledge and tool in the field of adults minority human rights education. This project aims to support participants in acquiring knowledge and skills in key concepts of human rights education with minority adults as well as to empower to take action for asserting human rights of adults minorities and so decrease the discrimination that minorities face in the society.

The project foresees four intellectual outputs: Online platform, e-learning modules, Training Manual, Policy recommendations. Moreover, there will be also four multiplier local events, two training events, local workshops and dissemination activities. 

The training will be based on non-formal learning methodology including methods such as: ice breakers, energizers, name games, reflection groups, working into intercultural subgroups, facilitated discussion, creative presentations, simulation, case study, and debates. The training will involve 16 participants, 4 for each of the Partner Countries (Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain) and will be held in Barcelos, Portugal.

Costs: Participation fee is 80 €. Travel expenses will be reimbursed up to 275€. Costs for PCR-Test can be covered in case the travel limit is not riched. 

 

Accommodation: The accomodation costs are covered. During the days of the training course participants will be accommodated in double rooms in 3-star hotel. 3 times meal per day is also included. 

 

Travel: You can also stay 2 days longer or arrive 2 days earlier and explore the area at your own expense. 

 

Age limit: 27+
